Everything is great ! Nice, clean and big enough apartment for the holidays. We liked the location because it was close to everything but you could also not hear the noise of the cars and bars. We loved the garden and the private terrace! We also liked that there were towels and beach chairs and everything you need to stay a week. We highly recommend it! – Camille
This is a Casita as described. It’s not small, just right for what it is. The bathroom is very nice. The kitchen is really meant for light work. The location is just right. The neighborhood is mixed and the ambiance is mellow. Noice levels are low. I think the economy was very acceptable. – Peter
I stayed in El Sol for 7 nights. It is very simple, but has everything you need. The location is fantastic – just blocks from the plaza and the beach. Right near the action, but quiet! It property is behind a gate, so you step into a safe, private oasis with your own garden space. I highly recommend it! – Sarah
This room is spacious and has all the amenities needed to enjoy Puerto Morelos whether you want to eat out or prepare some of your own food. The host has a woman named Grace who cares for guests during their stay and she was a pleasure to communicate with, and we were able or each her any time of day via . The property is about 3 blocks of a walk to the center of town. The listing is a bit misleading saying it’s 1 block from the beach because the beach is gated off for several blocks and although it is there, you can’t access it. In reality, it was about 3 blocks of a walk to access the beach. Otherwise, the room was lovely and the private courtyard/garden was beautiful! – Coryn (we have updated the distance from the property to the beach)
Great place and location. I would come back! – Lyne
Very nice garden, in the courtyard, the external shower is great, and the studio is great, the bed is super comfortable, and the cleaner is lovely, and I liked Jimena and Miranda’s responsiveness, thank you we will definitely come back. – Linda
This was one of our favorite ABNB experiences. The host (Miranda) was super helpful and responsive both by phone, messaging and in-person. The room is simply designed, but has many small nice practical amenities (for example, ice cooler to bring to the beach, couple of beach chairs, bath and beach towels, cleaning support, aromatherapy diffusers and handmade oils that she blends…). The bed was comfortable and large. The kitchen had all the necessary items, including a blender, so learning some Mexican recipes was a lot of fun. The shared garden/patio was full of beautiful local plants and we ended up spending a lot of time having long lunches there. Most memorably, we had a travel issue, and Miranda reached out through her personal network to help resolve the issue within hours – we felt were treated as a friend or a community member, rather than a random tourist. Thanks to her, we loved Puerto Morelos and surely will come back for the great community of locals and ex-pats alike. Thanks Miranda! – Ayako
For a couple, the studio apartment Luna is a nice option. It is small, but will have everything you need. The best feature is a bathroom- with large indoor/outdoor shower access and skylight. You can watch the beautiful garden and palms around from the shower and have fresh air. It is amazing! Also the location is right off the beach and Miranda is a very communicative host. You will enjoy your stay there. – Heidi
Aldea Bek is a little oasis about a 5 minute walk from the main square. It has a lovely garden space with private palapa and table and chairs for each unit. It was our first time staying with Miranda and will definitely be our first choice when we return to PM. – Audrey
This was our second stay at In Miranda’s very quiete Complex, both apartments were very comfortable, this one being larger with having the dining table inside Rather than out as in ‘The Luna’. Thank you for a lovely holiday. – Paul
Miranda’s Sol was a great place to stay! Comfortable, clean, and close to everything. We loved the garden, with our private area and also a place to meet other guests. Miranda was lovely and welcoming, and her book of information was very helpful. Will definitely be back – it was perfect for us. – Maureen
Miranda has a great location and nice retreat to unwind at. If your looking for a price leading room and kitchen net to use, she the for you. Always helpful on getting you oriented and gives tips to make day excursions happen. Thanks Miranda! – Jerry
Miranda is a lovely host quick to answer any concerns. A charming courtyard compliments the very clean and comfortable efficiency . Aldea Bek is both private and conveniently close to town center. We really enjoyed having a kitchen. – Spencer
We loved staying at Miranda’s place! Everything was just as advertised- it’s a lovely space, well accommodated, comfortable bed, AC, good shower, lovely garden! With the well-appointed kitchen were able to cook and take a break from restaurant eating, which was nice. Highly recommend. – Emily
You can expect a fantastic location away from the hotels and crowds – but you’re a short walk from restaurants, the main square, and the beach! The garden is adorable. Miranda’s guide was great to leaf through. Miranda herself is very responsive, kind, and welcoming. – Charlotte
One couldn’t ask for a better host than Miranda—thoughtful, clear, communicative, kind, obviously enjoys hosting. The place was absolutely perfect for what I was looking for: clean, quiet, relaxed, calm, close to the beach, easy drive to cool local attractions, easily walkable to nice grocery store, close to local dining. If you’re looking for something more affordable and charming and serene than the overly touristy/crazy/pricey parts of Quintana Roo, I highly recommend it! – Michael
The property is clean, quite, comfortable and safe. There is a satalite police station about 1 block away from the property, and a taxi stand next door which enhanced feeling of security and convenience to move around town and to buses to Cancun or other parts of Southern Mexico. The town of Purerto Morales and its people are warm and inviting. – Steve
Miranda’s place is accurately depicted in the photos. The location is a convenient and safe one. The access to the beach and town is easy and walk able. You don’t need a cab to get around . She is responsive and accommodating. The accommodation is quiet, clean and peaceful. Recommended. – Orset
This place is great. Super clean, super comfortable. The space has pretty much all that you need if you want to stay in (well equipped kitchen, large bed, hot shower, speedy wifi, lots of fresh water). Miranda is also very attentive and responds very quickly with whatever need you may have. Location was good too; we liked being in the quieter part of town, but it didn’t matter since everything is quite accessible by walking. Loved staying here, highly recommend, hope to return! – Agnes
We had a wonderful few days at Miranda’s place. She is super lovely and helpful. Everything is perfect – it’s spacious, clean, comfortable, and Miranda has included lots of nice touches such as beach towels, a coffee maker, water jug, etc. The location is great and the outside space is beautiful, too. We would happily stay here again! – Wendy
This place is a gem! The outdoor common spaces are cozy and amazing. We used them every day. The room was sparkling clean with everything we needed. The fridge is brand new and the bathroom looks new as well. The AC is also a great plus. It is very very close to the town square and many delicious restaurants. Miranda and her husband were very attentive and responsive. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to puerto!! – Ana

Sweet, simple, quiet studio apartment. Beautiful yard. This spot is on the quiet end of the main drag in PM. We found it to be a welcome respite during our stay. Miranda was helpful in getting us oriented and pointing us towards grocery stores and fruit stands, good restaurants, etc… We did a load of cooking while staying there and had some pretty lovely meals in our tiny patio! I recommend keeping the door to the shower open and airing– otherwise it gets a bit stuffy! – Sam
Miranda was a great host and always available. The apartment is sparking clean and very well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen. Grewt location as well; just far enough from town to be very quiet and close enough to walk to the beach and town easily. I would certainly recommend this lovely spot and plan to return. – Christine
Quaint location within walking distance to town. Nice having taxis next door. Lovely grounds. Unit had everything we needed, but would recommend you bring pillows. Neighborhood was quiet & safety was never a concern. Hosts were very accommodating. – Amber
Perfect for a long or short stay. Miranda responded immediately to any of our questions and supplied information on local eating spots, and directions on best way to get to her rental. – Jim
Miranda’s room was quiet, large and clean. It was lovely lounging in the courtyard, which is so beautifully landscaped. The bed was extremely comfortable. We bought some fruit and coffee and began our day in the courtyard. The center of town was a short walk away with several restaurants. – Gail
Everything about Miranda’s place is charming. From a very good quality/ safe (glass, stainless steel) appliances to small things like sponges for washing dishes, salt, sugar, coffee, tea etc. Sparkling clean. The garden area is wonderful. You feel like you are in manicured jungle. Native plants including Noni tree (it’s considered to be a super food) provide a shade for your meals if you wish to eat outside. Miranda and Antonio went above and beyond helping me with my countless requests. I felt very taken care of. When I lost my keys, Miranda left her job to come to my rescue right away. I enjoyed the location too. You live among locals, being really immersed in their wonderful culture. The taxi and bus stop is next door, beach 5 minutes away, the best yoga/meditation place with amazing views – Layla Guest House is 4 minutes away. The beach on that side is deserted, not commercial at all, which I absolutely loved. It’s not as manicured as other side, but it’s a real beach, you feel very close to nature. Thank you Miranda and Antonio for a wonderful vacation! – Galina

Puerto Morelos is a nice, intimate little town without all the touristy crowds and confusion of Cancún or Cozumel and this is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the charm of the area. Miranda’s place is a 5-10 minute walk to numerous good restaurants, bars, markets, the town square and beach with the reef just offshore. This is the largest unit of the four and it has full cooking facilities (4 burner stove with oven, full size fridge, etc.), a very comfortable king-sized bed, lots of hot water, dining table, air conditioning and outdoor seating area. The garden is very private (although you do share the common space with other guests), lush, quiet and very safe with high locked gates. Parking is right outside the gate and we found the entire area and town to be safe with very friendly locals. Miranda is a very conscientious host, easy to communicate with, fluent in English and Spanish, and helpful with local knowledge and available should you need assistance. We had a rental car and used this as a base to explore the Cenotes, Coba, Tulum, and other areas. It was perfect for us. There are lots of taxis and buses as well. – Tim
The place was great and just as described. It is really close to the centre of town and it was really easy to pop back when needed. Check in and check out were very easy and Miranda was very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well every night we were there. We would gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone going to Puerto Morelos. – Kevin
We could not have been better accommodated than at Aldea Bek. Our Host, Miranda was always available and extremely helpful. The location was convenient to both town and beach. We had many delightful meals in the garden and found the premises very quiet!!! – Molly
Miranda was a wonderful host. She gave us advice on a great dentist and on local places to visit. She moved us to a different unit further away from the road, per our request. Apartments are situated in a beautiful tropical garden setting, lovely rooms, comfortable beds, quiet Air conditioning, and wonderful kitchen facilities. – Dona
I truly loved the simplicity, quietness and the holistic approach of the Aldea. It was actually wonderful not having a TV or microwave or any chemicals used in the place. I stayed in Aldea Luna and Aldea Sol, both were wonderful, however, since I am a cook, I would have loved to have had a larger refrigerator and stove as the one in Aldea Luna, but I made do, it wasn’t really such a big deal. The grounds are kept clean and very peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were very comfortable. Miranda and her family are great hosts and I am truly looking forward to my next trip to Puerto Morelos. – Jeff
Perfectly located, great and safe facility. 2 minutes walk to the action, where you will find many different restaurants. Private enclosed courtyard area . Quietly located ! Large drinking water tank and towels are also included. Large fridge with extra freezer compartment. Oven , stove … Everything is nicely decorated and cozy! Would we choose again and highly recommended!! – Marc
THE SPACE: Sparkling clean, extremely comfortable bed, A/C, kitchen, dining table. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. There was coffee, drinking water, tea, full kitchen set for cooking, beach towels, etc.. The list goes on. Believe me, you are getting a STEAL. The property itself is tucked away from noise and private. The landscaping makes you feel like you’re in paradise (because you are). THE LOCATION: It is literally 1 block away from the beach and located within the ‘heart’ area of Puerto Morelos. Everything is within walking distance and it is a great spot for both travelers who are looking to be active and “in the scene” as well as those seeking a more laid back experience. The property is extremely safe and neighbors are amazing too. THE HOST: I have stayed in many AirBNB’s but Miranda was the best host I have ever met. Very easy to communicate with, quick to respond, knowledgeable about the area, and just an overall wonderful person. I will be coming back!! – Yekaterina
Nice, clean and quiet. I liked the peaceful garden. The beache, the bars and the restaurants are only few blocks away. Miranda is very helpful and it’s super easy to reach her during your stay. I would never hesitate to recommend this place. – Emilie
Miranda was very easy to communicate with both before and during our stay. There was only one hiccup and she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The space and location are perfect for those who enjoy taking advantage of the nightlife, the beach and are looking for some solitude during the days. We really enjoyed our time in Puerto Morelos and even decided to extend our stay. – Amanda
